Mindfulness Coaching


 We live our life in the present moment, yet we are more often worrying or anticipating the present, or fretting and recalling the past.  


By paying attention to the present moment, we release anxiety and reduce stress, and we also gain more clarity and better concentration. This also makes it easier to plan for the future more effectively.


 In a one hour session, tailored specifically to your needs, I will  teach you the basics of Mindfulness  Meditation and explain the principles of Mindfulness Living.


By the end of the session, you will have learned an easy, 10 minute mindfulness meditation, and you will have an understanding of the how mindfulness can be incorporated into your daily life.


Then, if you would like to have a follow-up session on another date, we can arrange that at your convenience.


 Happiness Coaching


Everyone deserves to be happy, but not everyone knows how  to be happy.


I will teach you the  tools that you can use in your daily life to   increase your happiness levels from within.

These methods have been tried and tested, are known to work and what’s more, they’re fun to use.


By the end of the one-hour session on Happiness, you will have a grasp of the principles of the science of happiness and will have the tools to begin to incorporate it into your daily life.


Then, if you would like to have a follow-up session on another date, we can arrange that at your convenience.
