Anne Kelly has a BSc Hons in Applied Psychology and Learning and Instruction. She has been teaching Mindfulness Meditation for over 20 years and is still involved in the latest studies and research on the many benefits of mindfulness.
Introductory Talk: A one hour presentation and demonstration covering topics such as
What IS mindfulness?
How can mindfulness help me?
Is mindfulness all about meditation?
Mindfulness and Mental Health
One Day Workshops: (10am to 4pm) Workshop on mindfulness which includes talks, demonstrations, practice meditations, discussions and Q&A.
This is an informal and fun day for any corporate wellness day, community groups, transition year students, etc.
Weekend Retreats: Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm. Similar to the One Day Workshops above, but the second day will include some more advanced mindfulness techniques and individual advice and tutoring.
6 or 8 Week Evening Courses: One or one-and-a-half-hour classes on a day and time (between 6pm and 8pm) of your choice. The classes will include demonstrations, discussions, talks and meditation techniques that will take you to a more advanced level.
One-to-One Tutoring: If you are not in a position to attend group classes or workshops, I can provide one-to-one tutoring in your own home. Or for a group of up to 4 people. Fees are per hour rather than per person.
