A Four-week Course Suitable for All Levels.

As well as covering the basics of mindfulness and meditation, this course will also delve into the ways we can use mindfulness in everyday situations, including how we can use mindfulness to ease stress, pain and difficult emotions.

Each week will cover a new exercise that can be used in everyday situations to “re-set” our thinking and feelings.

By the end of the course you will have several new mindfulness tools to use in day-to-day living, and to help you get through the more difficult situations that life can sometimes throw at us.

About Anne Kelly

Anne Kelly has a BSc Hons in Applied Psychology and Learning and Instruction. She has been teaching Mindfulness Meditation for over 20 years and is still involved in the latest studies and research on the many benefits of mindfulness.
